THIS RENTAL APPLICATION IS SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY EMPLOYMENT, CREDIT, PRIOR LANDLORD, PERSONAL REFERENCE AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND (10 YEARS) CHECKS .  APPLICANTS WILL NOT HOLD CANNON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THAT IS INCORRECT.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY APPLICANT WHO WE DEEM, IN OUR JUDGMENT, TO BE UNACCEPTABLE.  APPLICANT(S) HEREBY GIVE (S) CANNON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC PERMISSION TO CHECK ALL OF THE ABOVE REFERENCES, AND GIVES ALL OF SAID REFERENCES PERMISSION TO PROVIDE CANNON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC INFORMATION IT REQUESTS.


I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS APPLICATION.  IN THE EVENT ANY INFORMATION IS FALSE, APPLICATIONS WILL 

BE REJECTED, OR IF A LEASE IS SIGNED BASED ON SUCH FALSE INFORMATION, THE LEASE MAY BE TERMINATED BYLANDLORD IMMEDIATELY.
